You encounter persistent technical issues with our IPTV service or set-top box that cannot be resolved through customer support.


Damaged or Defective Set-Top Box:

The set-top box is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Non-Activated Subscriptions: The IPTV subscription has not been activated or accessed.

Return Requests:

You request to return the set-top box within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Process .

To request a refund, contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase. Provide the following information:

Photos or documentation of damaged/defective items, if applicable. For set-top box returns, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

The set-top box must be returned in its original packaging with all components and accessories.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items.

The following items are generally non-refundable:

Activated Subscriptions:

Once an IPTV subscription has been activated or accessed, it is considered consumed, and no refund will be provided.


Set-Top Boxes Beyond Return Period: Set-top boxes returned after 14 days from the date of delivery.

In the event of a refund, any content or access associated with the refunded subscription will be revoked or disabled.

Disputes and Chargebacks.

If you have concerns or disputes regarding a charge or purchase, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues or misunderstandings.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting our customer support team may result in the suspension or termination of your account and future services.
